That’s probably why more than 100 million people have used LoseIt! to lose 30 billion pounds since 2006. The only thing that really gets annoying about Runkeeper is all of its notifications—you can turn them off in settings but if I could go back in time I would have chosen another app with fewer notifications!

It includes a huge list of features, including a section with exercises that you can perform. From situps to burpees, MapMyRun will allow you keep track of how many times you’ve performed each exercise in order to make sure you’re getting stronger every day. This app works on Android as well as iPhone, making it easy for almost anyone to start using it. With MapMyRun, it’s easy to keep up with your workouts so that you can improve over time.
