Eating delicious keto foods transformed my life.

I ate bacon and eggs for breakfast on the first day of my keto journey. Lunch was a crisp salad with warm chicken slices, and dinner was a succulent steak. The first few days went so quickly. I enjoyed bacon, salads, and steak, and I was in terrific spirits.

I was taken aback on the fourth day's dawn...

I felt refreshed when I awoke. And that was strange to me. (I used to feel like I needed another three hours of sleep when I woke up!) Also, I was not hungry at all. I ate breakfast, as usual, that day, but I didn't really need it. None of this surprised me...
Jeremy liked the cuisine as well. He may tighten his belt by one notch by the end of the week. And we could eat these delectable dishes and not feel hungry or need to nibble for the rest of the day.

I stopped craving sugar, but I still craved some of my old favorites.

It's just my opinion, but I was frequently bloated and had frequent heartburn before becoming keto. My physicians told me I had IBS, but they couldn't do much about it.
In addition, I used to have severe sugar cravings. I would eat whatever sweet I could get my hands on, including candies, cookies, and cake.
I hoped that by altering my food and way of life, I would feel better. That's exactly what happened.

However, almost every recipe I tried was a letdown. I couldn't eat most of the recipes because they were so terrible.  Even when I found a terrific recipe, it usually entailed spending hours in the kitchen or searching for uncommon ingredients that my local grocery store didn't have. I didn't have the time or energy to keep looking for quick and tasty keto recipes. Furthermore, 99 percent of the keto recipes I discovered were unhealthy!!
